Team Training

Here at Rival VC, strength and conditioning are important parts of our training regimen. With proven results in injury prevention and performance enhancement, strength and conditioning programs are becoming a more integral part of a teams success.

We also know how grueling a competitve season can be on your body. Our team training ensures that our athletes are able to withstand the physical demands of a full competitve season, along with increasing overall fitness levels for better general health and athletic performance.

Designed by Head Trainer James Sowlakis, with a balanced mix of strength training and agility drills, athletes undergo a weekly program that progresses in difficulty from start to finish. Players are challenged week-in and week-out to provide a positive experience for athletes of all skill levels.
